About Oshawa Lawyer, William F. Kelly

Upon graduating from Trent University in 1986, Mr. Kelly completed his Bachelor of Laws at the University of Windsor in 1989 and was called to the bar in 1991. Bill practised in Windsor, Ontario for two years before forming McNEELY, KELLY Barristers & Solicitors in Oshawa, Ontario with Gary McNeely in 1993. Bill has been a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada since his call to the bar and has focused his practice in the areas of commercial and civil litigation.

In relation to commercial litigation, Bill has represented business clients in relation to a wide range of legal matters, including matters before the Court of Appeal, Superior Court, Provincial Court, and numerous tribunals, including the Workers Safety Insurance Board, Workers Safety Insurance Appeals Tribunal, Ontario Municipal Board, and the Ontario Labour Relations Board.

Bill has also been active in the community for several years as a soccer coach for the Oshawa Neighbourhood Parks house league.
